Independent Chair of the Responsible Entity
Adrian has 33 years of experience in funds management, real estate, government and the not-for-profit sectors.
Adrian is a Non-Executive Director of the ACT Government’s Suburban Land Agency and a member of the University of Canberra’s Development and Planning Committee. He is also a Senior Advisor to Lighthouse Infrastructure, advising on their affordable housing investment strategy and execution, Chair of the Investment Committee of Inclusive Housing Australia and Cura Ability Developments, a specialist disability housing provider, and the NSW Chair of Housing All Australians, a for purpose organisation creating business-led actions to deliver housing solutions for Australians in need. Adrian is also Chair of the Property Council’s Innovation and Excellence Awards judging panel and an judge of PowerHousing’s Community Housing Awards.
Adrian is the former Chair of the Australian Government’s Housing Australia (formerly known as the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation) and former Chair of the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute. He has overseen real estate funds in Australia, the UK and the US, and has held senior roles at Charter Hall, Folkestone, Mirvac, James Fielding Group, Deutsche Asset Management, and the Property Council of Australia.
Adrian is an Honorary Life Member of the NSW Division of the Property Council of Australia.
Independent Director of the Responsible Entity
Claire is a professional Non-Executive Director and independent consultant. Her current directorships include AustralianSuper and the Judicial Commission of Victoria and she is a Member of the External Compliance Committee of Franklin Templeton Australia.
Claire has over 30 years in financial services, internal and external audit and consulting to Australia’s largest fund managers and superannuation funds.
She was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2002 to 2016 where she held a number of management roles within PwC, including leading PwC’s Financial Services Assurance Practice in Melbourne and was National Leader of the PwC Investment Management Assurance sector.
Claire is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a former Registered Company Auditor and member of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.

Bevan has 40 years’ experience in real estate funds management across Asia Pacific and Europe – most recently at AustralianSuper, where he was Global Head of Real Estate.
Before joining AustralianSuper, Bevan was Head of Funds at Cromwell Property Group based in their London office. Prior to these roles, Bevan held various leadership and senior management positions in real estate management, development and construction, and capital placement in leading Australian real estate businesses.
Bevan is an Independent Director of Charter Hall Social Infrastructure Limited, a member of the Australian Property Institute and National Chair of the Property Industry Foundation.

With a specific focus on strategy, David has been responsible for all aspects of the Charter Hall business since 2004. Recognised as a multi sector market leader, David has over 38 years’ global property market experience and has led transactions exceeding $100 billion of commercial, retail and industrial property assets.
Under his stewardship, the Charter Hall Group portfolio has grown from $500 million to $80.9 billion of assets under management.
David is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), Past President of the Property Council of Australia, current Property Champions of Change member, and former Board Member for NSW Rugby Union.
David’s vision for Charter Hall is to ensure we always deliver on our promise of putting people at the heart of all we do and that our team members are given opportunities to excel in their service to customers. As a customer centric business with an embedded DNA focused on being a fiduciary of other peoples’ money, David has led Charter Hall to become the largest property owner in Australia and the largest manager of external equity invested in the domestic property sector.

With over 24 years of experience in funds management, banking, property, accounting and consultancy, Steve is the CEO of the Direct property division at Charter Hall. He has responsibility for approximately $9 billion of assets under management, across the office, retail, industrial & logistics, social infrastructure and listed property sectors. In his role, he oversees all aspects of investment management, from sourcing and structuring property transactions, launching and managing property funds, to raising capital and engaging with stakeholders.
Steve is a GAICD and Chartered Accountant and combines his property expertise with a strong background in finance and governance to create value and outperformance for investors. Passionate about promoting and advancing the property industry, he has served as the President of the Property Funds Association and is the current Vice President of the PCA NSW Division. Before joining Charter Hall, Steve worked for Macquarie Group in both their Sydney and London offices.
Fund Manager of the Fund

Jonathan is the fund manager of the Fund, with responsibility for growing the institutional quality of investments and for the execution of strategy, portfolio construction, capital management, asset management, corporate transaction assessment and investment performance. He is also fund manager for the Charter Hall Direct business which has approximately $9 billion of assets under management.
Jonathan has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector in Australia and North America and was most recently an Investment Manager in Charter Hall’s diversified listed and wholesale business, overseeing a portfolio of approximately $9 billion in assets. He holds certifications as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a registered property valuer, and before joining Charter Hall worked in real estate investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
