Battalion Glade, Eastern Creek NSW

About

Light Horse Logistics Hub is a 35 hectare greenfield parcel of industrial zoned land situated in the strategic location of Eastern Creek in western Sydney. Located at the junction of the M7 and M4 Motorways, the site provides excellent connectivity with the wider Sydney metropolitan area and access to nearly 4 million people within an hour’s drive.

The Estate’s forward-thinking design incorporates Cross-Laminated Timber offices and industry-leading ESG and wellness initiatives, including EV charging stations, an onsite café, and public artwork that pays tribute to the site’s history. These features, combined with its strategic location, have positioned the Estate as a premier food logistics precinct, with purpose-built facilities developed for major brands including Woolworths, ALDI, Hello Fresh, and Bidfood Australia.

On completion, the Estate will offer over 170,000 sqm of state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure, including high-bay warehousing, automation, and cold storage capabilities.

Public Art Project

In collaboration with consultants Art Pharmacy and local Sydney artist Patrizia Biondi, a bespoke art installation has been created for Light Horse Logistics Hub to celebrate the rich history of our site. The sculpture pays homage to the various ways in which our site has provided shelter throughout many years, and we're pleased to share that the art is now installed in the cafe area outside Lot 1.
