Employer of Choice for Gender Equality
We’re proud once again to be named an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency in 2023. This achievement reflects our commitment to equal opportunity and mutual success, which is underpinned by how we support and encourage all our people to reach their full potential.

Social Procurement Game Changer
Together with our long-term partner, social enterprise Two Good Co, we were proud to be named the Social Procurement Game Changer (NSW/ACT region) in the 2022 Social Traders National Game Changer Awards for our sustainable soap dispensers.
Our ongoing partnership with Two Good Co continues to create opportunities for women to regain their financial independence and confidence, with paid employment and support. The revenue from the soap sales has provided hundreds of hours of paid work for some of the most vulnerable women in our community through the organisations Work Work program.
Firm of the year
Charter Hall was awarded Firm of the Year: Australia and named finalists in three other categories by Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) 2021 Global Awards – one of the industry’s most prestigious honours and an award recognised and respected throughout the world's real estate private equity industry.
Firm of the Year recognises our expertise developed over 30 years in accessing, deploying, managing and investing equity across core real estate sectors – Office, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Social Infrastructure – for the benefit of our investor and tenant customers and the communities in which we operate.
AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies
Charter Hall was recognised as one of Australia and New Zealand's Most Innovative Companies for the second consecutive year, ranking first on the Property, Construction and Transport List, published by the Australian Financial Review and BOSS Magazine annually.
The recognition was for Lease Easy, our custom-built platform, which manages the end-to-end retail specialty leasing process. The Australian-first solution cut the processing time in half for new leases, enabling our people to spend their time on more value-add work and, importantly, enabling our customers to start generating income sooner.
